I had heard great things about working with Rafael and from my experience, people were not lying! Apartment hunting in general makes me anxious since I tend to be a little picky, but Rafael made finding a new place that my boyfriend and I would like, extremely easy. We told him the kinds of things we were looking for in the perfect apartment and he definitely worked his magic. Rafael turned what I expected to be a situation full of anxiety into smooth sailing. I had a very short time frame to find a new apartment.
